Redesigned the platform into a map-centric experience with an integrated AI Assistant, enabling users to access insights instantly and reduce time-to-value.

Process

Validated early demand through a standalone Cyvl AI demo site tested with select customers.

Rapidly iterated on the experience using Lovable prototypes, incorporating internal and external feedback across 4 design cycles.

Accelerated development by leveraging prototype code as a foundation for production.

Learnings

Lovable accelerated prototyping, but its code was not production-ready for seamless integration. We adjusted the workflow so engineers built the initial frontend foundation, then I refined the UX directly in the product.
